Governor Alex Otti has predicted that Aba would soon become a worldwide magnet for investors beyond its conventional industrial and commercial attractiveness.
During his remarks during the launching of 14 roads on Tuesday, Otti sketched a vision where Aba draws enterprises pursuing worldwide markets in technology, remote services, and hybrid business platforms.
“We are building an independent energy supply system and robust broadband infrastructure that will enable businesses to go beyond brick-and-mortar models,” he stated.
Otti noted that Aba’s geographical advantages – closeness to oil towns and seaports — coupled with a highly qualified population, would position the city as an economic powerhouse.
“In the New Aba, there shall be no limits to what you can achieve,” Otti encouraged businesspeople, pushing locals to think big and grab growing chances.
